Six Flight Crew Report Live During National STEM Festival

Six youth leaders of the 2023 Million Girls Moonshot Flight Crew will attend the National STEM Challenge in Washington, DC, April 11-13. Leveraging the power of the Million Girls Moonshot, STEM Next partnered with EXPLR - a media company focused on helping kids thrive in school and life - to celebrate the National STEM Challenge.

Flight Crew leaders Aika, Jamora, Olive, Caitlynn, Isabella, and Neha will act as media correspondents on the ground, interviewing STEM leaders and students from across the nation coming to share their solutions to a STEM problem in six key focus areas. The Flight Crew will also serve as youth advisory council members for those same six themes of the festival, including: Environmental Stewardship, Aerospace, Future Foods, Powering the Planet, Tech for Good, and Health and Medicine.
